Stretch Zone is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead four Nashville studios to new heights. The role involves managing talented teams, building community partnerships, and driving each location to achieve significant monthly revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Grow and maintain each location to at least $40K in monthly revenue
Develop and execute a quarterly sales strategy for all four studios
Drive lead generation with at least 100 organic health & wellness business leads per month
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses to promote and refer Stretch Zone services
Keep client attrition below 12% monthly through targeted retention programs
Coach and manage sales associates to exceed individual and team KPIs
Oversee sales performance for four Stretch Zone studios, ensuring consistent execution of strategy
Implement community outreach, corporate wellness programs, and networking initiatives
Conduct weekly performance check-ins and monthly strategy reviews with studio sales teams
Analyze sales data and pivot strategies to maximize revenue and client retention
Personally lead high-value sales opportunities and community partnership meetings
Collaborate with operations to align sales initiatives with exceptional customer experience

Required

Sales leadership experience
Ability to manage multiple locations
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies

Experience in coaching and managing sales associates
Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data
Ability to conduct performance check-ins and strategy reviews
Experience in community outreach and networking initiatives
Ability to lead high-value sales opportunities and partnership meetings
Collaboration skills to align sales initiatives with customer experience
Minimum prerequisite of a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work
