Responsibilities
Be responsible for packaging applications to company standards and timeframes, inc. facilitating UAT
Deliver software into the Production environment, in adherence with Information Security policies and Change Management best practices, to globally distributed clients and Citrix estates
Provide third line application deployment support, inc. Service Desk coaching
Work closely with IT colleagues to ensure a consistent, standardized global environment
Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions, constantly seeking to enhance processes and the general environment
Occasionally required to work out of hours, including bank holidays and weekends
Carry out additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Expert in Microsoft Windows Installer authoring
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager: Application configuration and Deployment management
Highly motivated with a passion for technology and technical detail
Experience working in a locked down global enterprise environment
Good teamwork and knowledge transfer skills
Solution-focused and committed to high quality delivery
Self-motivated with the ability to learn ‘on the fly'
A good communicator who can discuss technical subjects in layman terms
Must have experience of high-pressure, large-scale environments

Flexera AdminStudio Suite – Repackaging Applications for Windows Installer
Microsoft Application Virtualization – Advanced troubleshooting
Scripting languages: PowerShell and VBScript
Experience managing Microsoft AppLocker rules
Microsoft Intune Configuration Profile management
