Responsibilities
Lead deployment and day-2 operations of enterprise storage solutions
Validate performance, scalability, and redundancy across systems
Integrate storage with Kubernetes CSI and containerized platforms
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize storage environments
Document operational processes and best practices
Travel to IDC sites as required
Qualification
Required
5+ years in enterprise storage engineering
Hands-on with Vast, DDN, Weka, or similar modern large-scale storage systems
Experience with Kubernetes CSI integration
Proven track record in storage performance validation and tuning
Familiarity with datacenter operations and infrastructure
