Responsibilities
Deliver technical pre-sales design and consultation
Produce BoMs, topologies, and configuration recommendations
Conduct live and online product demos
Support partners with enablement and retail engagement
Build brand visibility across key Thai IT and ProAV markets
Qualification
Required
Understanding of MC-LAG, Stacking, BGP, OSPF, and SD-WAN
Knowledge of AV-over-IP, PTP, and multicast/IGMP systems
Familiar with SIP, VoIP routing, and UniFi Talk
Experience with RAID, NFS/SMB, and backup systems
Familiarity with UniFi Protect, CCTV/IP cameras, and Access Control Systems
Degree in IT or Networking
Fluent in Chinese and proficient in English
Hands-on experience in pre-sales or system integration
Preferred
Certification (CCNA/CCNP/UEWA) preferred
Familiarity with GPT tools for documentation
