Responsibilities
Manage a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects
Oversee the creation of designs for various digital and offline media, including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, print collateral, and branding materials
Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and objectives, and translate them into actionable design briefs
Review and approve final design concepts, ensuring they align with client expectations and brand guidelines
Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and concepts
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design solutions
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and professional growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as other relevant design software
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across various industries and media
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Knowledge of digital, print, and apparel graphics
