Responsibilities
Lead and manage local, country, or multi-country sourcing projects and contract negotiations for IT services and SaaS
Collaborate with technical leads and architects to enhance software design and quality
Innovate with new ideas for products and processes
Negotiate contracts with third-party software developers and service suppliers
Develop and implement domestic and international sourcing strategies
Identify and manage IT sourcing initiatives through data analysis
Achieve strategic sourcing management goals
Mentor offsite contractors for professional growth
Execute strategic sourcing methodology, processes, and events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience leading teams and projects
Experience coding in a software development role
Experience managing and building offsite developer teams
Project management experience
Ability to manage projects with clear goals and successful delivery
Preferred
Master's degree
Project management certification
