Responsibilities
Convert inbound leads using proven scripts and coaching
Make outbound calls to leads & sphere contacts
Attend daily sales huddles and weekly coaching
Follow a structured sales plan
Hold client appointments and build relationships
Use our CRM (Brivity) for daily follow-up
Participate in team events, open houses & challenges
Build a predictable book of business through consistency
Qualification
Required
Full-time commitment only
Strong communication skills
Growth mindset + willingness to be coached
Valid driver's license
Real estate license (or willingness to obtain one — we help)
Preferred
Hungry, competitive, and coachable
Ready to work full-time (no side gigs, no part-timers)
Driven to earn $100k+
