They are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will qualify inbound leads and pursue outbound leads, playing a crucial role in driving sales and representing the brand effectively.

Responsibilities

Take all incoming in-bound calls from our website and determine if qualified/are a business fit
Utilize a variety of tools and technology to effectively source and target customers
Consistently represent our product, brand and company in a way that makes us all proud. Effectively demonstrates to the customer how we can help grow their business and capture all key information
Doing in-person demos on machines and product samples
Attend tradeshows from time to time, talking with hundreds of companies
Exhibit exceptionally high standards in terms of timeliness, responsiveness and follow-up
Maintain accurate notes in our CRM. Actively and consistently update sales activities, sales pipeline, and all sales data
Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure success. Partner with Sales Reps and Account Managers to nurture new business opportunities
Continually expand your knowledge of our customer’s marketing and general business needs

Required

2+ years of B2B sales development experience
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset
Your customers love you and you have a demonstrated track record of creating value for them and their businesses
Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding your performance targets
You are passionate and love to hustle
Must be a self-starter to work here!
Ability to start your own internal projects
Flexible, action and results oriented
Strong analytical skills
Comfortable with computer databases and tools

Preferred

Prior ecommerce business experience or knowledge preferred
