Responsibilities

Oracle Cloud Financial Modules – Support
Issue resolution and fix
Collaborate and meeting with users to understand the issue
Work with Oracle on Service request
Work with Global Support team located in India and collaborate for smooth issue resolution

Required

Broad experience in cloud implementations & support
Senior resources with hands-to-keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud (AR, GL, TAX, CM, FA, Collection Modules)
Very good understanding of Brazil related localization on AR and TAX in Oracle cloud
Able to work independently with customer
Agile way of working
