Responsibilities
Represent clients in personal injury tort and insurance defense litigation
Handle depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
Provide strategic counsel and assume responsibility for client matters from the outset
Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents
Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service
Manage multiple assignments independently while maintaining attention to detail
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with excellent academic credentials
Admission to the New York Bar required
Minimum of 4+ years of personal injury tort litigation experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional judgment, problem‑solving ability, and decision‑making skills
Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external clients
Proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering high‑quality work
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred
Admission to the New Jersey Bar is a plus
Trial experience is a plus but not required
