Responsibilities
Lead Research: Scout and build lists of potential users, creators, bloggers, and affiliate partners across beauty, lifestyle, and consumer tech verticals
Outbound Outreach: Craft compelling, personalized email sequences to captivate leads and drive engagement
Discovery & Qualification: Qualify interests effectively and convert conversations into booked product demos with the Founder
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, ensuring seamless demo coordination
Data Management: Log activities, track email and outreach metrics, and maintain pipeline accuracy in our CRM
Process Optimization: Collaborate to refine messaging, optimize targeting, and improve conversion flow
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success in lead generation, sales development, or outbound marketing
Sharp sales acumen paired with standout written and verbal communication skills
A self-starting, high-energy performer comfortable in fast-paced settings
Impeccable attention to detail and a bias for getting things done—quickly
Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot)
Preferred
Interest in e-commerce, beauty/lifestyle, or consumer AI products
