The role involves developing tools and technology, managing technical surveillance project development, and assisting in the management of sensors and surveillance devices.

Responsibilities

Support SGM and Deputy Tech Targeting as IO/GVSA SME, developing tools and technology in support of the SOF computer and network operations community

Prepare and develop requirements documentation (ICDs, CDDs, SPECAT, BOIPs, Test Plans, project folders)

Manage coordination and integration of National Overhead Systems for technical surveillance project development, testing, and operational use

Assist in management and development of unattended sensors and other technical surveillance devices

Required

Minimum 10+ years in IO, surveillance systems, or network/video architectures, including 3–5+ years working with GVSA or similar technical surveillance capabilities

Current industry certifications such as Cisco (Associate/Professional), Microsoft (MCITP), and VMware Certified Professional (or ability to obtain)
