Responsibilities
Lead national final mile delivery optimization efforts across a growing multi-facility network
Oversee the daily creation and optimization of delivery routes to ensure on-time, cost-effective, and accurate performance
Drive the integration of two final mile delivery operations into a unified national model
Partner with territory planning and business analyst teams to align routing strategies with service territories and business goals
Implement and refine routing systems, tools, and processes to improve scalability and efficiency
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver measurable improvements in service, cost, and delivery quality
Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation
Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
6–8 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
Proven experience managing large-scale final mile or distribution routing operations
Strong understanding of routing optimization software and logistics systems
Demonstrated success in process improvement and network integration
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
High integrity, professionalism, and ability to manage sensitive information
Preferred
Experience managing routing or delivery operations across multiple regions or facilities
Familiarity with advanced routing and logistics platforms (e.g., Ortec, McLeod, or similar)
Background in territory planning and change management related to system or process implementation
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
