Responsibilities

Act as the technical lead for ASSA ABLOY Level’s business systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Celigo, SPS Commerce, etc

Create NetSuite ERP saved Searches, workflows, dashboards, CSV imports, and editing SuiteScript Code

Manage EDI integrations for retail customers

Design and implement integrated systems that improve business processes and performance

Lead the decision-making process of selecting new integrations and projects necessary for business application success

Manage tickets/projects, assign priority, resolve issues, and work with end users to ensure the platform operates efficiently

Help develop tools to gather data for consumer analytics functions

Work with greater ASSA ABLOY organization or outside consultants when scope of work requires specialized knowledge or assistance
