The Nuclear Operations intern will support operations topics and work with modern nuclear instrumentation technologies while gaining hands-on experience in the nuclear industry.

Responsibilities
You will acquire knowledge about integrated plant operations to develop the way control room operators run plants with operating procedures
You will work with industry professionals who will teach you the technical and professional aspects of working in the nuclear industry
Your scope will include the operating fleet (integrating operating experience and new scenarios) and the next generation of nuclear plants (SMR and microreactors), giving you learning and development opportunities in both worlds
You will support our technology development for incore instrumentation, reactivity computers and other our testing equipment
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree or master's degree in Nuclear Engineering from an accredited college or university
Other engineering majors holding a Reactor Operator license at a university reactor will be considered
Minimum GPA 3.0
Complete sophomore year of college
