Responsibilities

Support for a wide variety of global projects and initiatives that will include data analysis, communication projects and gathering field insights from our field-based teams
Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas
Assist the sales team in organizing and prioritizing project work related to implementation of sales tools
Aid in the analysis of data for development of strategic growth initiatives
Attend business meetings and training sessions to learn about our products/services and sales techniques
Collaborate on the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Support global projects through data analysis, communications, and field insights
Assist sales team with organizing and prioritizing sales tool implementation
Analyze data to inform strategic growth initiatives
Attend meetings and training to learn products and sales techniques
Collaborate on AI-driven productivity solutions for commercial teams
Support training and communication on sales best practices

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with teams effectively
Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a sales-driven environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
