Responsibilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create instructional materials, including e-learning modules, training manuals, and multimedia presentations
Apply instructional design theories and methodologies to develop learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners
Gather feedback from users and partners to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and make necessary revisions
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology to enhance learning experiences
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in education, Adult Education and Technology, Instructional Design, Communications, Human Resources Management, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Completed Sophomore year of college
Experience with e-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate, Adobe)
Demonstrated interest and commitment to Learning & Talent Development
