Responsibilities
Support Solution Engineering by being responsible for winning enterprise customers and increasing solution revenue
Carry out marketing and technological research to help decision making on solution development directions
Provide technical service and support to resolve customer concerns and issues
Support in pre-sales engagement by working with customers closely and providing creative solutions that meet requirements of demanding customers
Support Post-Sales engagement by helping Technical Service with root causing a customer issue and also coordinate a suitable solution for the customer
Improve revenue by working with sales, marketing closely and promoting new solutions effectively
Support vendor management by driving design and customer issues from a vendor point of view
Qualification
Required
BSEE/CpE with 1+ years Product Management experience required
Deep knowledge in latest compute, storage, networking technologies and solution engineering principles
Strong capability of bridging engineering and business groups, capable of translating good engineering to good business
Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills and the capability of working in cross-functional organizations
Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
Ability to lead complex projects and meet deadlines
Preferred
Extensive knowledge of Super Micro product offerings, server technology and configuring server systems are a plus
