Responsibilities
Build and provide oversight for advanced frontend applications using React and Next.js
Collaborate with product team and backend engineers to deliver pixel-perfect, high-performance UIs
Implement and optimize application architecture for responsiveness and speed
Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews with a focus on best practices and maintainability
Contribute to internal tools, libraries, and process automation initiatives
Qualification
Required
8+ years of professional experience in frontend development
Expert-level proficiency with React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong understanding of frontend performance, security, and accessibility best practices
Experience working in agile teams with cross-functional collaboration
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.)
Familiarity with Laravel or full-stack development workflows
Prior experience in startups or fast-paced product teams
