The intern will work with cross-functional teams to analyze data and implement solutions, reporting to the Component Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities
Help implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects
Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Support value stream mapping, process flow analysis, and root cause investigations
Participate in Gemba walks and collaborate with shop floor personnel to understand challenges and propose solutions
Help develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and visual management tools
Contribute to the implementation of 5S and other workplace organization projects
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Completed Sophomore year of college
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
Experience in a machine shop or fabrication facility
