Responsibilities

Manage the Top-down model (including Expenses) that sets the upcoming years targets and tracking against those KPIs (including Expense Ratio) and goals

Prepare STI and LTI plan calculations and performance measurement

Directly supervise and coach financial analyst

Support development of storyboards and Board of Directors / Senior Management level presentations that synthesize and clearly convey key themes and analytics along with financial results and KPIs in a cohesive manner

Participate in weekly Pulse forecast process including multiple meetings with stakeholders, tracking of key updates to financial results and developing corresponding analytics

Close and frequent collaboration with Investor Relations, Capital Management / Treasury, and Controllers teams

Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic (e.g., M&A) and operational initiatives

Clearly communicate financial information and analysis to senior management

Required

2+ years of prior business experience required

Proven ability to execute rigorous, analytically-intensive work

Demonstrated mastery of Excel and Powerpoint

Demonstrated financial acumen and experience developing detailed financial models / analysis and sophisticated PowerPoint presentations

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

Proactive, highly motivated and results-driven

Preferred

Prior consulting experience with a consulting firm, corporate strategy, M&A or investment banking/private equity

Knowledge in advanced data analysis, visualization (including PowerBI and/or Tableau), and statistical tools

Bachelor's degree with a major in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, engineering, finance, accounting, mathematics, economics)
