Responsibilities

Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and analyze market trends, industry sectors, and competitors to identify potential new clients, markets, and business opportunities
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at expanding the client base and increasing revenue
Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
Lead Negotiations: Engage with prospective clients and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that align with company goals while maintaining strong customer relationships
Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, prospects, and opportunities through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, and closure of deals
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on business development strategies and deliver tailored solutions to clients
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights that shape the company’s business development strategies
Reporting and Performance Metrics: Regularly report on business development activities, revenue targets, and performance metrics to senior leadership
Client Retention and Expansion: Focus on customer retention strategies and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling existing clients
Represent the Company: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to represent the company and generate new business leads

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
