Responsibilities

Implementation experience in the Higher Education field (such as within a College or University) is strongly desired and may be required
This functional Lead will always be hands on driving deliverables, fit-gap analysis, data mapping, developing reports and interfaces, configuring the modules, and more!
This position requires approximately 30% travel to client sites (nationwide) as well as remote work from your home office within the United States only

Required

Implementation experience in the Higher Education field (such as within a College or University)
Bachelor's Degree
Close familiarity with Higher Education issues
Some knowledge of Oracle products used by Higher Education institutions
Desire to become part of a Higher Education-focused team within Sierra-Cedar
Oracle Cloud HCM certifications
Approximately 30% travel to client sites (nationwide)
Remote work from your home office within the United States only
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones
