Responsibilities
Ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory and backlogs
Monitor customer order contract profitability and utilization metrics
Link strategic plans to operational and financial drivers, aligning sales and operations planning, resource management, capital projects, other expenses, and working capital planning
Generate, model, and execute action plans to address performance gaps and improve overall site performance
Perform capacity planning processes that drive accurate input for hourly rate calculations, ensuring alignment between operational capacity and cost efficiency
Provide business planning, forecasting, and budgeting know how and support to the relevant stakeholders
Qualification
Required
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Controlling
Proven track record in inventory management, cost control, and project management
Strong understanding of cost controlling, budgeting, and financial planning
Excellent communication skills to liaise between local operations and CoE
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills
Proficiency in English and local language
Preferred
Experience within the manufacturing or industrial sectors
Experience with Tagetik and Qlik Sense
Understanding of integrated ERP systems
