Responsibilities
Full P&L responsibility for Belden's complete edge portfolio, including gateways
Drive double-digit revenue and margin growth for the edge product portfolio in key verticals
Define the next-generation strategy to integrate edge as a core part of our portfolio, while managing existing gateways and edge devices
Develop and own a cohesive global product roadmap that balances long-term innovation with short-term customer requirements
Lead initiatives to transition newly launched products to growth stages and ensure robust management of legacy portfolios
Lead campaigns and customer-focused initiatives to reposition Belden as a leading OT edge technology provider in the market
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated expertise in P&L ownership of new technologies like edge, in coordination with data solutions (hardware and software revenue)
Proven ability to shape long-term and short-term product strategy for complex products like DOM, balancing innovation with optimization
Extensive experience in managing a complex product portfolio, including hardware and firmware, and delivering products according to roadmap timelines
Ability to efficiently translate market data into insights for global pricing and costing ranges for commercial teams
A value-focused and innovative mindset, proactively identifying opportunities for new products, upgrades, or firmware enhancements to create customer solutions
