They are seeking a highly motivated Intern for their IT team to gain professional experience in IT operations, providing support and troubleshooting for PC infrastructure and collaborating on IT projects.

Responsibilities
Provide The World’s Best™ IT service to Kenworth Employees
Install, maintain, and support PC infrastructure including hardware and software
Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
Identify and resolve complex technical problems involving PCs and related hardware and software
Assist with analysis of IT projects, including the definitions of requirements and acceptance criteria
Assist with creation of project plans for upcoming projects
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance department operations
Qualification
Required
Demonstrable problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail including ability to balance multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a team player and able to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Computer hardware and/or software troubleshooting experience
Bachelor's Degree in Progress pursuing one of the following degrees: Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related programs
