Responsibilities

Communicating production status or relevant information to the customer
Producing various reports, including:
Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) lists
Production status
Risk Reports
Tracking of BFE location & quality during its lifetime in facility
Investigation of the source of confirmed errors/issues
Proactive risk prevention by noticing errors that may impact scheduling/production and communicating that to the customer
Perform detailed quality inspections
Notice product issues/variances from the accepted standard or spec
Identify weaknesses to performance before issues occur
Create & Submit Detailed Reports & Documents Including
Production status
Risk reports
Product inspection reports
BFE parts receiving
BOM
Any information relevant to customer programs. Work collaboratively with all relevant parties (suppliers, sub-suppliers, customer team, facility managers, program leads, etc.) to mitigate risks and solve issues that have already matured
