Responsibilities

Cut steel tubing, profiles, sheet metal, or channels to specified dimensions

Form and bend sheet metal components according to specifications using appropriate tools and equipment

Perform MIG welding on structural components such as barrels or guide assemblies

Punch holes and slots in metal components using mechanical or hydraulic equipment

Assemble metal parts using hand and power tools

Inspect fabricated components for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity

Document work performed and report any issues or deviations

Able to lift and handle materials weighing over 40 lbs

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred

1–3 years of experience in metal fabrication, or machining

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Must be dependable, mechanical, able to read dimensions and use a tape measure

Able to lift and handle materials weighing over 40 lbs

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
