Responsibilities

Develop regional line plans to cater to consumer and account requirements, ensuring alignment with financial targets and regional growth prospects
Enhance SKU productivity and efficiency throughout the region
Analyze the marketplace competition, pricepoints, commercial needs and anticipating future trends
Partner with Global Product, Product Merchandising and Channel Merchandising teams to identify new growth opportunities and potential revenue streams
Assist in internal product presentations and support Go-to-Market initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Visual Merchandising
Operate and maintain Merchandising systems (Trasix, etc.) for the business
Convey clear understanding of seasonal sales data, demand metrics, and margin targets to guide increased article productivity and growth
Build Consensus and Relationships with Cross-Functional Partners to drive Merchandising excellence at UA

Required

Demonstrate strong skills in working cross-functionally
Work productively in a fast paced environment
Communicate effectively and influence partners
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Have experience with a variety of go-to-market models (direct to consumer, wholesale, retail, etc.)
Bachelor's degree with minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management, systems coordination, buying or merchandising positions
Proven ability to develop profitable merchandising strategies and collaborate effectively across internal teams
