Responsibilities
Estimating process piping systems including instrument air, compressed air, liquid and gaseous argon, and nitrogen systems
Coordinating with sales, project teams, and engineers to ensure alignment
Engaging with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing
Performing on-screen quantity takeoffs as necessary
Preparing detailed scope letters, including inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications
Managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings and process flow diagrams
5+ Years experience with estimating, takeoff, budgeting, and cost control
Familiarity with estimating software (Autobid Trimble, Quotesoft, Fast Duct/Pipe, MEP EST, etc.)
Knowledge of SMACNA Labor Manual and how it applies to estimating
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, Building Connected, and Procore
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines
Preferred
Bonus experience with Revit, AutoCAD, structural steel estimating, or industrial projects
