They are seeking a Recruiter to source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for various job levels while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

Sources, recruits, screens, interviews and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including entry level, experienced professional/technical, IT, support staff and hourly, and possibly management
May utilize the services of employment agencies
Places employment ads in appropriate sources, including the Internet and print media
Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics
May recruit from colleges, technical schools and job fairs
Provides professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent acquisition process required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an external bench of top talent
Serves as a business partner to hiring managers to create recruiting and interviewing plans, define candidate selection criteria, develop job postings, and plan out the recruitment timeline for roles
Conducts regular follow-ups with managers to ensure business requirements are met
Develops networks for attracting viable active and passive candidates through social, professional, and industry networks and contacts and understands functional hiring needs and search requirements to act as a resume evaluation expert
Promotes consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes that ensure a highly positive candidate and hiring manager experience
Utilizes applicant tracking system and manages full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.)
Maintains integrity and consistency of Talent Acquisition systems, processes and policies, to meet organizational, regulatory, or legal requirements
Ensures an EEO/AAP compliant selection process including reporting and internal education

Required

4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Two (2) or more years Recruiting experience in an agency, corporate, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment (Required)
