Defining and documenting process parameters
Assist in various administrative tasks or operational duties in assigned departments
Support team members with meeting preparations and follow-ups
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives
Perform research on assigned topics
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be pursuing an academic degree
Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
Assertive approach to solving problems
Ability to prioritize
The ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, and lift and move thirty pounds
