Responsibilities
Provision and manage Azure subscriptions, aligned with Hasbro and Wizards standards
Set up and administer GitHub, GitLab, and Terraform Cloud projects to support development and deployment teams
Manage and enable user access and permissions across Azure, GitHub, GitLab, and Terraform Cloud
Define and document governance policies for subscription and project lifecycle management
Partner with security and compliance teams to enforce best practices in identity and access management (IAM)
Collaborate with DevOps and development groups to integrate governance into CI/CD workflows
Contribute to automation scripts, runbooks, and knowledge articles to drive efficiency and scale
Occasionally support the consultation and deployment of Azure resources for product teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Exposure to Microsoft Azure administration, a familiarity with Azure AD (Entra ID), role-based access control (RBAC), and cloud governance models
Hands-on experience with GitHub and/or GitLab, and/or Terraform
Ability to script with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Bash
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and curiosity
Preferred
Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates)
Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD)
Awareness of cloud security and compliance frameworks
Exposure to AI-enabled platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI Service (GPT models), or other Microsoft AI cloud frameworks
