This role is responsible for planning, executing, and documenting the validation of electrical components and systems for imported AGCO machinery, ensuring compliance with performance and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Lead validation for electrical systems (harnesses, ECUs, sensors, control systems) on imported products, developing and executing EVT, DVT, and PVT test plans
Perform functional, environmental, and compliance testing utilizing tools such as CANalyzer, dSPACE, and HIL systems
Collaborate with global suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve design and performance issues
Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO, CE, FCC, SAE, etc.)
Document test results, create validation reports, and support root cause analysis and continuous improvement of validation processes and test automation
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is mandatory
A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical validation is required, with a preference for backgrounds in agricultural, automotive, or heavy equipment sectors
Familiarity with EMC, thermal, and vibration testing standards
Strong knowledge of embedded systems, CAN protocols, and electrical schematics is essential
Hands-on experience with validation tools such as CANalyzer, LabVIEW, and MATLAB/Simulink is also expected
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills
Proven project management capabilities
Preferred
Direct experience in industries like agriculture, automotive, or heavy equipment, specifically relating to electrical validation and adherence to industry-specific testing standards
