Responsibilities
Lead the Network Operations team in managing and maintaining the network infrastructure
Ensure the stability and performance of LAN/WAN environments
Develop and implement network policies, procedures, and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
Collaborate with teams to support network-related projects
Monitor network performance and implement improvements
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Ensure appropriate escalation and response to priority incidents
Ensure redundancy and disaster recovery configurations are in place, coaching the team where needed
Perform any other related tasks prioritized by the Network Services Manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields, or equivalent experience and certifications
5+ years' experience
High-level understanding or subject matter expert in SDWAN and routing
Experience in network operations, with an understanding of LAN/WAN environments
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE)
