Responsibilities

Lead the design and deployment of SAP S/4HANA RISE solutions for core business areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.)

Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops to capture requirements, identify gaps, and propose best-practice solutions

Develop functional design specifications for configurations, enhancements, and integrations

Define target business processes aligned with SAP best practices and organizational objectives

Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and data privacy regulations

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Work closely with data migration, integration, and changing management teams to ensure solution integrity

Support testing strategy, scenario development, and defect resolution

Drive user training, change management, and go-live readiness
