Adobe Experience Platform Senior Developer

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Adobe Experience Platform Senior Developer to lead large scale AEP implementation projects. Responsibilities

Part of Large scale AEP ( CDP) implementation projects
Prepare detailed technical design for various templates, components as well as services layer
Effectively communicate architecture and design to clients and rest of the development team
Direct technical teams in developing client solutions
Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems through in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
Ability to define and translate business objectives (growth, retention, personalization) into actionable data and AI strategies
Understanding how data from commerce, marketing, and content systems drives unified, omnichannel experiences
Skill in quantifying business impact of AI and analytics use cases (e.g., uplift, cost savings, conversion gains)
Experience engaging CMO, CDO, and CIO stakeholders to shape vision, roadmap, and governance
Ability to drive organizational readiness and help clients embed data-driven decision-making into their operating models
Expertise in connecting Commerce, CMS, CDP, and Marketing platforms using APIs, ETL, and event-driven architectures
Deep understanding of audience segmentation, identity resolution, and activation flows across tools like Adobe, Salesforce, or Segment
Proficiency with Azure, AWS, or GCP for data orchestration, AI model deployment, and analytics pipelines
Familiarity with predictive modeling, recommendation systems, and NLP applications for personalization and insights
Strong grasp of data quality, privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and ethical AI frameworks within marketing and commerce contexts
Architecting Data Schema, SIP Process in RT-CDP
Design, Develop and Configure the Data Ingestion process using Steaming Service, Batch Service and Edge Services
Knowledge in Integrating and developing script for other Data lake Platforms, BI Platforms and iPaaS (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Apigee, WebSDK)
Knowledge on other Adobe products - Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, Marketo or Adobe Campaign or SFMC, etc
Contribute to thought leadership and pre-sales efforts — shaping proposals, solution frameworks, and client workshops
Good Presentation and communication skills
Maven, Git, Jenkins, Sonar etc. & CICD environment
Experience developing systems using Agile methodologies
Experience in documenting use cases, system test scripts, and user acceptance test scripts
Knowledge of Business Analysis modeling tools (e.g. Activity Diagrams, Process Flows, State Diagrams)
Consulting experience
Advise clients on data and AI strategies that enhance customer experience, personalization, and commercial performance
Design and orchestrate data ecosystems spanning Commerce, CMS, Marketing Automation, and CDP platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, SAP, Bloomreach)
Translate business challenges into AI use cases, from predictive analytics and recommendation engines to next-best-action and content intelligence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CX, MarTech, Data Engineering, Cloud) to architect scalable and compliant data solutions
Enable data-driven decisioning through dashboards, KPI, and insight frameworks that connect marketing and commerce performance
Stay ahead of innovation by assessing emerging AI technologies, data privacy trends, and experience-led commerce tools
