The Associate Director / Director, Global Forecasting will be responsible for creating commercial forecasts for key Oncology assets and developing patient-based models to inform strategic decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities

Build and “own” Global commercial forecasts for company’s key pipeline and BD&L assets

Develop and maintain patient-based models, with appropriate analytic capability support for early assets and launch brands across multiple Oncology indications

Work closely with the cross-functional team, including Global marketing, Global market access, US forecasting, Clinical Development and Supply chain teams

Serve as a center of excellence, providing expert epidemiological data and disease area consultation to cross functional teams

Frame and translate complex patient flows into simplified model approaches

Perform secondary data analytics to create robust, aligned forecast assumptions

Recommend market research and secondary data analytics needed to better inform key assumptions and scenario planning

Create and present business cases to leadership team as needed

Manage multiple projects in an extremely fast-paced environment

Required

Bachelor's degree required, ideally in quantitative discipline; also advanced degree preferred in business administration, statistics, or another relevant field

8+ years of commercial forecasting, valuation and related experience

Strong forecast modeling (Excel/Excel VBA, data analysis) and PowerPoint skills

Experience working with oncology across multiple tumor types

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate analytics into actionable business insights
