Responsibilities
Showcase your growth mindset by seeking to understand our customers' business challenges first and then designing a solution that best achieves the end goal
Collaborate with Professional Services engineers and other Journey Architects to develop complex solutions across multiple platforms and technologies
Bring people together by acting as a bridge between our sales team and our customers. Share up-to-date insights on the latest productivity solutions from Amazon
Formulate creative approaches to address business challenges, present and host workshops with business leaders and translate technical jargon into layman's language
Challenge customers by using your skills, insight, and experience to help our customers see what it takes to do the right things versus simply doing things right. Confidently challenge their beliefs with well-researched, tailored insights to spotlight your innovative ways of generating solutions that maximize outcomes
Create an excellent experience for our customers and your internal stakeholders with adaptable communications skills that foster a collaborative environment
Document the agreed-upon solution through well-written, thoughtful, and detailed proposal that lead to statements of work that demonstrate your maturity, wisdom, and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Technical background with 7+ years of industry experience
You experience great delight in empowering organizations with the technology they want and need to grow their business
You are always curious about new technologies and how they impact our customers' business
You have a knack for guiding people to the right solution while making them feel it was their decision all along
You make people feel heard and important regardless of their rank through your inclusive communication skills, whether written or verbal
Strong technical expertise in AI, data & analytics technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and data warehousing solutions
Familiarity with large language models and their potential applications in various business contexts
Comfortable working with engineering teams to develop solutions in the following technology areas. You are eager to learn and willing to ramp up in any areas where you may not have prior experience
Have 5+ years of presales experience in the below:
Data Technologies across Azure, AWS, & Google
AI and Machine Learning Technologies across Azure, AWS, & Google
Copilot Studio
AWS Bedrock
Google Cloud Vertex AI
Cloud-based Analytics platforms like:
Power BI
Looker
Tableau
Snowflake
Cloud and Infrastructure across Azure, AWS, & Google
Business transformation concepts and strategies
Cloud security
Preferred
Formal sales training or Account Management experience is an asset
