Responsibilities

Develop and manage equipment maintenance plans for area equipment
Update Preventative Maintenance Plan (PM), Condition Monitoring Routes in SAP
Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)/Failure Mode Elimination Analysis (FMEA)
Assist with emergencies and unplanned breakdowns
Identify critical spares and recommended spare parts inventory levels
Identify and scope potential reliability improvement projects
Contribute to maintenance planning and execution for outages. Participate in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Required

Bachelor's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
3+ years Maintenance/Engineering experience in a process manufacturing environment
24/7 Manufacturing experience
Experience using Microsoft Office
Experience in Food, Heavy Industry and/or Chemical manufacturing using pumps, grinders, rotary equipment, or dryers
Must be willing to wear PPE (Personal Protective equipment) including but not limited to hard hat, protective eyewear, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, Level A suit, full face respirator
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs and ladders over 100 ft
Ability to work in a high hazard environment, including adverse weather conditions, elevated spaces, confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and noisy surroundings

Preferred

Experience using SAP Preventative Maintenance module
Experience with Engineering codes and standards such as ASME, API, ANSI, etc
Experience interpreting condition monitoring findings from various tools such as Vibration Analysis, Ultrasound, Oil Analysis and Infrared Thermography
