Learning Consultant
The Archdiocese of St. Louis Catholic Education and Formation is a coalition of schools serving over 50,000 students. The Learning Consultant will provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, fostering their academic, social, and spiritual growth while collaborating with teachers and parents.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized plans tailored to student needs
Provide differentiated instruction and accommodations
Utilize research-based strategies to support students with learning disabilities, emotional challenges, and developmental delays
Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic achievement and spiritual growth
Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and parents to ensure students receive appropriate support
Assess student progress through formal and informal evaluations and adjust instruction accordingly
Participate in professional development, school meetings, and faith-based activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
Valid state teaching certification in Special Education
Experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in a Catholic or faith-based setting
Strong understanding of IEP development, differentiated instruction, and behavioral interventions
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church
