They are seeking a Power Amplifier Design Summer/Fall Co-Op who will focus on RF modelling and simulation, particularly on Digital Predistortion Algorithms and design optimization for modern Power Amplifiers.

Responsibilities

Design and implement simulation Models for Power Amplifiers
Define the correction capabilities of various predistortion algorithms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance metrics into Power Amplifier design methodology
Analyze large datasets to identify correlation and patterns to minimize simulation time
Work with lab team to obtain required test data for validation of simulated results

Qualification

Digital Signal ProcessingRF ModulationPython/C# ProgrammingADS Simulation SoftwareAnalytical SkillsProblem-Solving SkillsCommunication Skills

Required

Master or Ph.D. student in Electrical Engineering
Digital Signal Processing applied to Modulated RF Systems
Familiarity with modern RF modulation (OFDMA basics or similar)
Programming skills in Python/C# and/or Matlab
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills

Preferred

Experience with ADS (Keysight) Simulation Software is a plus
