Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Process customer requests for quotes using costs and gross margin targets
Provide product support to customers with assistance from Engineering, Quality and Operations
Manage quote follow-up, customer account review, and business development opportunities
Understand the customer’s and prospect’s problems and challenges and develop solutions to meet their needs
Negotiate price, terms, and conditions within a delegated level of authority
Process and manage purchase orders
Manage RMA requests in accordance with defined processes
Ensure timely communication with customers via email or phone or indirectly via internal quality/engineering departments
Monitor to ensure compliance within defined import/export regulations
Assist with technical questions and technical demonstrations internally and externally
Maintain records in compliance with company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (technical degrees preferred)
Ability to communicate professionally (written and verbal)
Highly developed personal organization and time management skills
Ability to balance shifting priorities
Understanding of technical specifications or technical products
Willingness to contribute to group meetings
Intermediate to advanced computer skills (MS Office applications)
Preferred
Experience using ERP and CRM systems
Commercial experience with Government Contracts or Defense market
