Responsibilities

Assisting with the onboarding and configuration of EDI connections, including mapping and testing EDI documents

Monitoring EDI transactions for accuracy and timely data processing

Supporting troubleshooting for EDI-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners

Documenting processes and procedures related to EDI transactions

Contributing to process improvement initiatives related to EDI

Required

High School diploma or GED required

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in EDI

A minimum of 3 to 5 years Customer Service experience

Fundamental understanding of EDI standards including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT

Familiarity with EDI mapping tools and software

Experience with EDI platforms such as IBM Cloud, SPS Commerce and True Commerce

Knowledge of programming languages including XML or SQL

Background in Technical writing and Specification review

Basic proficiency in EDI mapping and validation tools

Understanding of data formats and communication protocols

Knowledge of ERP systems and their EDI integration

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

Preferred knowledge: Oracle, Salesforce, Agile and AWS
