Qualification

Required

USPTO and Utah, Colorado, Minnesota, Washington, or Idaho bar admission
Two to seven years of patent attorney or agent experience
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering/Chemistry or equivalent
Strong academic performance and writing ability
portfolio management experience
