They are seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel who will be responsible for protecting the organization's legal interests and maintaining its operations within the scope established by law.

Responsibilities

Provides advice and counsel to various internal functions and will draft, edit, negotiate, review and interpret complex commercial agreements spanning across all functions within the company, including, development agreements, manufacturing agreements, supply agreements, distribution agreements, software agreements, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, and service agreements

Assist in the administration and resolution of legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships

Assist with the management of the company’s legal structure, including providing ongoing compliance with local legal requirements and best practices

Manages the development and implementation of legal strategies relating to contracting activity

Provides timely advice and counsel to senior management by advising the business on laws, regulations, and company policies

May supervise legal support staff

Up to 10% of travel may be required
