Early Career - Product Application & Marketing Engineer Development Program

This full-time role is a two-year rotational program designed to prepare high-potential engineering graduates for key positions within the company, focusing on innovative solutions that enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Leverage advanced technologies to support SRD operations, projects, and initiatives
Serve as the primary marketing support contact for SRD Product & Application Specialists in developing marketing materials and campaigns
Research competitor activities and prepare reports for the SRD Business Line Manager
Complete assigned projects aimed at enhancing Epiroc’s product offerings
Conduct field travel across North America to gather project data and customer insights
Use data analytics to assess equipment value creation for customers
Perform time studies on surface drill equipment and benchmark against competitors
Partner with Epiroc teams during customer visits in the field and at the factory
Build strong application knowledge of how surface drilling equipment is used within the mining process
Identify and recommend improvements for current products to address inefficiencies
Collaborate globally across time zones to achieve program objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
Open to recent graduates and early-career professionals (Spring 2023-Spring 2026 graduates)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Active involvement in collegiate clubs, student organizations, or community programs
Willingness to temporarily relocate: 12 months in Broomfield, CO & 12 months in Garland, TX as part of the rotational program

Preferred

Programming language experience
Experience with database tools/languages
Prior internship or experience in the mining industry
