Responsibilities
Supporting or leading plant operations to achieve goals in safety, quality, production efficiency, OEE, and cost optimization
Designing, improving, and implementing manufacturing processes, reliability programs, and equipment strategies that enhance uptime and performance
Partnering across production, quality, maintenance, and engineering to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and capital projects
Executing or supporting capital planning, equipment installation, commissioning, and project management activities
Applying structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues
Embedding a culture of 5S, standard work, visual management, continuous improvement, and disciplined operating systems
Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, safety policies, and environmental standards
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or related), or equivalent technical experience
2–15+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, continuous improvement, or process engineering (we hire across levels)
Practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
A strong safety-first mindset and a passion for structured problem-solving
Curiosity, accountability, and a drive to continuously improve plant systems and performance
Preferred
Roofing, coatings, plastics, calendering, mixing, extrusion, foam manufacturing, paper/pulp, membranes, adhesives, sealants, and other building-materials or heavy manufacturing environments
