Responsibilities

Building and executing a scalable channel strategy for HID SAFE in the U.S. market
Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners
Enabling partners through training, tools, and joint go-to-market planning
Supporting field sales teams in partner-led and co-sell opportunities
Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets through channel contribution
Developing and executing a comprehensive channel business plan
Maintaining an updated and accurate forecast in CRM (Salesforce.com)
Collaborating closely with pre-sales, post-sales, and marketing teams
Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders across HID and partner organizations

Required

BS/BA degree. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant industry work experience may also be considered
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Enterprise Software/Identity Access Management/Physical Security Industry
5–7 years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the technology sector
Proven success in building or scaling a channel program from the ground up
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in partner-facing environments
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities

Preferred

MBA is a plus
Worked with MEDDICC or MEDPICC are a plus
Experience in Identity Access Management, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Software preferred
