Responsibilities

Achieve new business goals through prospecting and networking
Expand personal insurance book of business
Manage renewal process
Deliver concierge-level client service
Engage with community and professional organizations to expand visibility and referral opportunities
Serve as the primary point-of-contact for assigned clients
Educate clients on policy features, coverage options, and renewal strategies
Conduct annual stewardship meetings
Maintain upkeep of client correspondence and documentation in agency management system

Qualification

Property & Casualty licensePersonal insurance knowledgeSales experienceMicrosoft Office proficiencyRelationship management

Required

Property & Casualty license required
3+ years managing a personal insurance book of business
2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry
Extensive knowledge of personal insurance underwriting and claims
Understanding of tax and legal implications of Personal Lines products
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Epic or Applied Solutions exposure preferred
